### Russian Post delivery addon (API) for JoomShopping 1.3.0

- Fixed a bug that caused the shipping cost to be shown without extra charges
 - If the maximum allowable weight of the shipment is exceeded, the choice of this delivery method is blocked.
 - Redesigned display of debugging information
