### JoomShopping Russian Post Shipping method (via API) 1.4

Added
 - Disable showing of the error rate calculation step of choice of delivery (front-end).
 - Options for actions with zero delivery cost. The zero price is due to the fact that the Russian Post server does not receive all the necessary information, and the user does not fill in all the fields.
 -- No changes - delivery method with zero price can be selected
 -- Make inactive - the delivery method with a zero price will be visible, but it will not be possible to select it
