When placing an order, if You are not our client, Your personal account will be created for You, where You can: change your data and download extensions after payment. Data for logging in to Your personal account will be sent to the email address you specified.
ATTENTION! Make no mistake when entering Your email address. The resource administration is not responsible for errors made by the buyer when placing an order.
Extensions are delivered immediately after the order is paid for.
The seller agrees to provide access to the download after paying for the extension
Delivery is understood as providing an opportunity to download a software product (extension), if the licensing conditions provide for this and the order is paid for.
Delivery is not carried out by any other means other than providing access for downloading or sending by e-mail (if necessary) by prior agreement with the buyer.
The transfer of digital content on electronic media by mail or other transportation companies is not possible.
The delivery fact is providing access to the extension download with informing (notifying) the client about the provided access by email.
All actions of the client, after receiving a letter from the site administration regarding changing the order status and granting access to it, are an agreement that the client has received delivery of the purchased extension. Even if the user did not download the purchased extension.
To get access to your orders, you need to log in (only authorized users have access to the personal account with the list of orders) and go to Your personal account-Orders.
There you will have access to the necessary information.
