Added settings for Yandex.Maps interface elements: search, zoom, geolocation, fullscreen mode, rotation and tilt. You can turn on each element separately and set its position in the map window.

The stability of the frontend script to changes in the layout and API of Yandex.Maps has been improved. Default safe positions are used for interface elements.
