PDF.js: a profile with PDF scripting disabled

The read-only.json profile

File: media/plg_system_wtpdfjs-config/read-only.json. Disables PDF scripting and opens external links in a new window. The read-only filename describes its purpose: it does not prevent downloading, printing or editing, protect the file, or replace server access control.
