Plugin files and user settings
Updates replace media/plg_system_wtpdfjs/ files, including the library, viewers and loader. Profiles in media/plg_system_wtpdfjs-config/ remain separate. Do not store them inside viewer/ or manually patch distributed files.
JSON does not change the PDF.js version, switch the viewer build or configure the parent window WAM library. The viewer URL or asset name selects the build. Review AppOptions names/types after future PDF.js updates; unknown options are skipped.
After upgrading from an older release, check WAM integration, both viewer URLs, default.json, a named profile and config=none. Pass an options object to getDocument() in your own PDF.js 6 code. Back up the JSON directory with your site.
